Silverwood 9 x 1.5 Inch Sandwich Cake Tin w/ Solid Base- Bakeware

Silverwood Sandwich tins are all 1.5″ deep with vertical sides. This ensures that the sponge mixture rises to its maximum height giving a desirable deep, feather-light sponge. The vertical sides (as opposed to tapering sides), produce a better looking more classical sponge. The easy release properties enable simple and speedy (to assist cooling) removal of the cooked sponge with minimum damage to the edges. This tin has a solid base.
