Cook Books Tea at the Palace Cookbook by Carolyn Robb- Books

Tea at the Palace Cook Book by Carolyn Robb – Caroline Robb is a former personal chef to the Royal family and has created this collection of delectable sweet and savory offerings to make your teatime memorable.

The recipes are inspired by actual settings and events, including a chocolate kitchen in a seventeenth century palace, an unforgettable wedding at Windsor Castle and a summer garden party hosted by the Queen.

Each of the 12 chapters takes the reader behind the scenes of one of Britain’s most famous palaces or castles.  The signature treats, which are drawn from the author’s time at these royal residences, range from an elegant tiered lemon sponge cake strewn with elderflowers to whimsically decorated gingerbread soldiers to warm salmon tartlets perfect for a fall afternoon in the Scottish Highlands.
